Ailéments is a small family structure concerned with quality and human relations, we live in Gréolieres in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Préalpes d'Azur and we offer you beautiful< paragliding flights all year round as well as Canyoning from April 1st to October 31st.

| In detail | For paragliding: To fly you need a pair of sneakers and jeans (in summer shorts are accepted), you will also need a pair of sunglasses and a small jacket. For canyoning: You need a swimsuit and a towel and the most important thing is to bring a good pair of sneakers (not water shoes) For day trips, you will need to take a picnic (small sandwich or cereal bar and a small bottle of water) Payment is made on site after the activity, we do not take credit card (check or cash) |
| Prevention & security | For paragliding: it's very important to be able to run, not to be overweight and not to have joint problems. For canyoning: we ask you to be in good physical shape, for half-day canyons we walk, swim for two hours, there are also jumps and rope descents (jumps are not compulsory) - For day canyons you need to be very fit and comfortable with jumps (canyons last on average 4 hours). |
