- In the confines of 2 regions, Burgundy and Champagne, and three departments of Yonne, Côte d'Or and Aube, stay in our region rich in cultural sites. It is a comfortable country cottage situated in a fortified house of Burgundy, surrounded by nature 1.5 km from the village of Sennevoy le Bas. You can taste the wines of Burgundy (Chablis, Irancy, and Crémant de Bourgogne Beaune) and the champagne, cheese Epoisses and the Chaource are assets… ! Monuments to visit are : Abbey of Fontenay, Château d'Ancy le Franc, Tanlay Maulnes the Muséoparc of Alesia, the Basilica of Vezelay, the medieval cities of Noyers sur Serein, Semur en Auxois, the Vix urn of Châtillon sur Seine, as well as finely restored wash-houses ! You can walk or bike in the surrounding countryside : the keys are hiking in the Tonnerre and Chatillon areas, the Canal de Bourgogne is close for bike rides on the towpaths for that purpose.
