Bouillac is a small village located along the Lot to the west end of the Lot Valley. This village linked to trade and to Skippers grew around a plain castle (XV), right bank of the Lot and a church (Saint Martin), left bank. A nautical base specialized in rowing, fishing activities and shoreline developments demonstrate the commitment of the Bouillacois Lot. There are two restaurants, a bakery and tourist accommodation.
Bouillac is a village of about 450 inhabitants called bouillacois and bouillacoises. The town is part of the Canton of Capdenac-Gare, in the district of the town of Villefranche-de-Rouergue.
